App: Fruit Count (นับผลบนต้น) Effective date: August 3, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how BYProgrammer (“we”, “us”, or “our”)
collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Fruit Count app,
including accounts, orchard data, count photos, and AI features.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use the App, we may collect or process:
Account information — email and password (via Supabase Auth), or profile details from Google Sign-In
Business information — business name, memberships, and roles
Orchard data — orchards, plots, trees, count status, count items, and work plans
Count sessions and photos — photos you capture or pick, AI estimates, and confirmed counts
AI usage / credits — token balances, spend records, and in-app purchase records (if any)
Basic device/technical data — needed for sign-in, local notifications, or app updates
2. How We Use Information
Provide authentication and business/membership management
Store and display fruit-on-tree count history, summaries, and shares you initiate
Send images to an AI provider (such as Google Gemini) when you request an estimate
Manage token credits and in-app purchases through Google Play / Apple App Store
Schedule local plan reminders on your device
Support security, reliability, and customer assistance
3. Cloud Storage and Processing
Account data, business records, count history, and photos are stored on
Supabase (database and file storage) for the project that
powers the App. Access is limited by business membership and role-based rules.
4. Sharing with Third Parties
We do not sell your personal information. Data may be processed by service providers required to operate the App:
Supabase — authentication, database, and photo storage
Google Gemini / Google AI — processes photos and estimate requests when you run AI counting
Google Sign-In — if you choose to sign in with Google
Google Play / Apple App Store — process in-app purchases under their policies
If you use share features (photos or summary text), content is sent through your device’s share sheet to the app you select.
We retain data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service
Business admins can delete count session data from Settings
You can delete your account from Settings — this removes your identity and related count history for your account.
If you are the only member of a business, that business data may also be deleted
Your account may be shared with other apps on the same backend; deleting it removes access there as well
6. Security
We use reasonable safeguards such as authentication and membership-based access controls.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Please keep your credentials safe.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the effective date.
Please review this page periodically.
